Audit Requirement

All ANSI accredited standards developers are required to undergo an audit at least once every five years. The cost of the audit is the responsibility of the accredited standards developer. The  ANSI Auditing Policy and Procedures provides detailed information with regard to the Audit Program, which is administered under the auspices of the Executive Standards Council (ExSC).
