Standards development work in the area of human capital is crucial, and as the U.S. member body to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), ANSI supports ongoing standards collaboration in this field as the Secretariat of ISO Technical Committee (TC) 260, Human resource management. ISO TC 260 recently developed the final five in a 13-part series of technical specifications supporting the metrics required by the human resource management standard, ISO 30414.
ANSI proudly welcomes 8 new members in July. These organizations joined a federation that represents and serves the diverse interests of more than 270,000 companies and well over 30 million professionals.
