The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and its Procedures and Standards Administration department wish to remind all ANSI-Accredited U.S. Technical Advisory Group (TAG) administrators to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) that the Procedural Compliance Forms and 2012 TAG Annual Reports must be submitted no later than January 31, 2013, to the ANSI PSA department (email@example.com). Individuals requiring additional time to respond should send an extension request to firstname.lastname@example.org; failure to submit these required documents by the deadline may jeopardize your organization's status as an ANSI-Accredited U.S. TAG and TAG Administrator.
A full list of ANSI-Accredited U.S. TAGs to ISO can be accessed at www.ansi.org/isotags.
Procedural Compliance Form
Before submitting the Procedural Compliance Form, please review the 2013 edition of the ANSI International Procedures (www.ansi.org/internationalprocedures), which includes a new training requirement applicable to all ANSI-Accredited U.S. TAG Administrators and all ANSI-delegated ISO Secretariats. This required training will be offered by ANSI via webinar at no cost to participants; details and dates for the training will be posted on www.standardslearn.org later in the first quarter of 2013. Note as well that ANSI-Accredited U.S. TAGs to ISO are not required to revise their accredited procedures to address this new requirement.
If necessary, TAG administrators may submit revised procedures for re-accreditation to the ANSI PSA department (email@example.com). Revised procedures are to be submitted in strike-through and underline format with an explanation of all changes. Questions about the survey or the ANSI International Procedures may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Individuals submitting completed procedural compliance forms will receive an acknowledgement email within two weeks; please keep this receipt for your records.
TAG Annual Report Form
The TAG Annual Report Form may be accessed at www.ansi.org/ISOTAGAnnualReport; all submitted Annual Report Forms must be accompanied by a current roster of the relevant TAG.
The Annual Reporting requirements contained in the ANSI Procedures for U.S. Participation in the International Standards Activities of the ISO (ANSI International Procedures) are excerpted below:
188.8.131.52 - Annual Reporting

In satisfying this requirement, meeting minutes and other appropriate reports and documents may be incorporated or appended, or referred to if previously distributed by ANSI.
