ANSI News

Nomination deadline is July 6, 2020

The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) invites its members to recommend qualified candidates for membership on the Institute's Policy Advisory Groups (PAGs) and Committee on Education (CoE). All nominations must be received by ANSI by the deadline on Monday, July 6, 2020.

Individuals selected as voting members of these groups will have a three-year term, from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023. ANSI members are invited to nominate (1) voting representative and one (1)non-voting representative in addition to or in lieu of the designated voting member.

ANSI's updated By-Laws, which went into effect on January 1, 2020, clarify that the PAGS are advisory in nature and that their members are not fiduciaries, but reconfirm their continued importance to ANSI in developing ANSI policy positions on international, national, and IP-related issues.

Access the nomination reply form and related information in the ANSI online library.

Please note that only one nomination form per ANSI member is accepted. Contact Eleni Konstantopoulos EKonstantopoulos@ansi.org, regarding any questions about the nomination process.
