Celebrate Mother's Day with Standards

The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) invites all affected stakeholders to pass along the following note of gratitude by Sunday, May 13, 2012.

Dearest Mom,

Roses are red,
Violets are really more of
a purplish-blue,
Sugar is a starch derivative,
And you are sweet too.

Thank you for all you've done to
help me become as strong and
successful as I am today. You
fed me, cleaned up after me,
kept me safe, taught me and
listened to me, dried my tears (not to mention my clothes), and
cheered me on. You gave me a home, and showed me how to
create one of my own. I am eternally grateful to you.
(Well, to you and standards!)
