NSF International, a member and audited designator of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), has announced two new appointments.

Eileen Vernor has been named director of global talent rewards, mobility, and talent information reporting and systems, as part of NSF's human resources department. In this role, Ms. Vernor will lead global teams in talent reward strategy, including employee compensation and benefits. She will also oversee the organization's teams that track, report, and analyze core talent data.

Ms. Vernor has over 25 years of experience in the development and management of global total rewards and mobility programs. She is also skilled in performance management, leadership development, and HR systems and strategies. Prior to joining NSF, she was senior manager, global compensation and benefits, at Key Safety Systems, Inc. She has also held similar positions in healthcare, energy, manufacturing, retail, and professional services organizations.

"The addition of Eileen Vernor as the director of global total rewards, mobility, and talent information reporting and systems will enable NSF International to better serve our global employees and attract talent to our growing organization," said Lisa Bell, vice president, human resources at NSF International. "Eileen's role will include developing and implementing new rewards programs, and her vast experience in this area will help ensure NSF International continue to be an attractive and innovative global organization in which to work."

Andrew Weinbach has been appointed global managing director of NSF International Strategic Registration (NSF-ISR), a global certification body that is a division of NSF. In this role, he will lead NSF-ISR's system registration service, heading a global team that offers management system registrations to international standards for quality assurance and environmental protection.

Mr. Weinbach is skilled in developing global strategies, key account management, and new business development, with experience in several manufacturing industry sectors. Previously, he was the president of Singleton Group, Ltd, in Santa Clara, CA, and sales and marketing manager for LGS Technologies, LP, in Dallas.

"The appointment of Andrew Weinbach as global managing director of NSF-ISR underscores our commitment to supporting our clients' growth and expansion needs, and to providing outstanding customer service and expanding our global footprint," said Tom Chestnut, senior vice president, global food and NSF-ISR divisions, at NSF International. "Our NSF-ISR clients will benefit from Andrew's leadership in providing solid market value, and delivering quality and timely customer service."
