People on the Move highlights the career advancements of high-level trailblazers working professionally in diverse areas of standardization, contributing every day to the strength and success of the U.S. standards and conformance community.

Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRI), a member and accredited standards developer of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), has appointed Chloe Demrovsky as president and CEO.

Ms. Demrovsky was promoted to the role from her position as executive director; prior to that, she was DRI's head of international. In these roles, she designed and implemented the organization's market development strategy. Ms. Demrovsky is on the adjunct faculty at New York University, and has served as an expert source for The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and The New York Times. She is also a board director for the DRI Foundation.

"I am confident that DRI International will thrive under the leadership of its new president and CEO Chloe Demrovsky," said outgoing president and CEO Al Berman. "I have spent the last nine years working beside and watching her grow into this role. Her dedication, innovation, and leadership abilities will serve the organization well. I see nothing but a brighter, more engaging, and more influential future for DRI International."

The Scaffold & Access Industry Association (SIA), an ANSI member and accredited standards developer, has announced that Ted Beville is its new executive director.

Mr. Beville brings with him over 36 years of experience in the scaffold and access industry. He is president of Beville Access Construction, an organization that provides scaffold and access erection, dismantle, design, training, and safety services to the construction agency. Prior to this position, he was the director of safety and training for Safway Services, LLC. He has been a member of SAIA for 20 years, serving as co-chair for the Construction Hoist Council and vice president on the Executive Committee.

"We are very excited that Ted has been chosen as the Executive Director of SAIA," said Paula Manning, SAIA president. "He brings the industry experience plus the knowledge of SAIA that will assure us of continued success and growth."
