The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) will offer a training course in conjunction with the Standards Engineering Society’s (SES) 54th Annual Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina, August 15-16, 2005. The SES conference, entitled “Standards – Pillars for Success,” will also feature a keynote address by Dr. Mark W. Hurwitz, CAE, ANSI’s president and CEO. The ANSI education course, "Development of International Standards: Working Together," will run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 18, 2005. This course is targeted toward corporate standards personnel, members, officers, and administrators of international standards committees, subject matter technical experts, and accredited delegates to international meetings as well as ANSI-accredited U.S. TAG members, officers, and administrators.
