U.S. Celebration of World Standards Day to be Held in Conjunction with WSW
The
American National Standards Institute (ANSI) has announced the full schedule of events for World Standards Week (WSW) 2011.
WSW, to be held October 11-14, 2011, is an annual event where members of the standards and conformity assessment community come together in the spirit of cooperation and collaboration. In addition to the U.S.-oriented ANSI member meetings, this year's events will include special guests from the European Union in discussions focused on the topic of transatlantic partnerships.
All events will be held at the Newseum in Washington, DC, unless otherwise stated. The schedule for WSW 2011 is as follows:
