ANSI Releases Schedule of Events for World Standards Week 2010


New York, May 20, 2010

The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) has published the full schedule of events for World Standards Week (WSW) 2010.

WSW, to be held September 20–24, 2010, is an annual event held by the Institute where members of the standards and conformity assessment community come together in the spirit of cooperation and collaboration.

All events will be held at the Crowne Plaza National Airport Hotel in Arlington, VA, unless otherwise stated. The schedule for WSW is as follows:

ANSI has arranged a room block for WSW attendees at the Crowne Plaza National Airport Hotel, where the week’s events will take place.

The rooms have been reserved for the nights of September 20–23 at the rate of $229, plus tax. Please click here to make your reservation online, or call the hotel directly at 1-800-2CROWNE. In order to secure this negotiated rate, all guests must mention “ANSI World Standards Week.” All reservations must be made by August 14, 2010.

As this is a busy week for meetings and events in the Washington, DC, area, rooms at this and other hotels will book quickly. To assure a reservation, we suggest that you book your rooms as soon as possible.
