This precautionary measure has been taken in consultation with ANSI’s governance leadership to safeguard the health and wellbeing of the ANSI community, and is consistent with federal, state, and local guidelines, as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's recommendations regarding business gatherings.
ISO Strategy 2030 establishes the organization's vision and mission to make lives easier, safer, and better, supported by a set of actionable goals and priorities. A collaborative effort, members from 165 countries contributed to the development, refinement, and approval of the foundational guiding document, including U.S. stakeholder input submitted to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) via the ANSI ISO Council. ANSI is the U.S. member body to ISO.
The newest 3D-printed home on the market signifies that the possibilities for 3D printing continue to grow, especially since the process is an attractive incentive: the printing method is cost-efficient, with less waste consumed in the process. ANSI takes a closer look at a number of standards support the evolution of the 3D printing industry, which helps support everything from the manufacturing industry to the medical field during the global pandemic.
These 15 organizations joined a federation that represents and serves the diverse interests of more than 270,000 companies and well over 30 million professionals.
