White House Office of Science and Technology Policy Issues RFI for National Digital Assets Research and Agenda
The digital assets market—and related products and services—has grown at a rapid rate in recent years. In an effort to support government research and development (R&D) efforts related to digital assets and distributed ledger technology (DLT), the Office of Science and Technology Policy has issued a request for information (RFI) seeking stakeholder input on a “National Digital Assets Research and Agenda” by March 3, 2023.

NIST Joins O-RAN Alliance to Promote Open Wireless Technologies and Supply Chains
In joining the alliance, the U.S. Department of Commerce’s National Institute of Technology (NIST) will enhance U.S. leadership in wireless technologies and promote stable and diverse supply chains. NIST will also promote open and transparent standards for 5G and other next-generation wireless technologies to help ensure data privacy and protect against cyber threats.
