ANSI Organizes U.S.-Nigeria Digital Connectivity and Security Standards Workshop

The January 26-27 virtual event brought together more than 100 public- and private- sector leaders from the U.S. and Nigeria's rapidly expanding information and communication technology sector. Topics included 5G and rural telephony, as well as technology solutions to enhance Nigeria's digital transformation efforts.

ISO, IEC, and ITU January 2021 Listings of Work Items Published

In an effort to increase stakeholder engagement and collaboration and reduce duplicative work, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), and the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) have coordinated the publication of a monthly document that lists all new work items from the three organizations, including updates on the projects and timelines for the technical committees' work.
