ANSI seeks stakeholder comments by October 28 on a new ISO management system standard proposal related to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The intended outcome of an SDG management system, the proposal asserts, is to enhance an organization’s performance, fulfill compliance obligations, achieve selected SDG objectives, increase success, and create trust and confidence to relevant existing and future stakeholders.
The event served to raise awareness of relevant international bioethanol standards and practical implementation considerations, with a goal of helping to enable the emerging bioethanol market in sub-Saharan Africa.
