The June 20 sessions
will address intangible digital products and cybersecurity and will
be webcast on YouTube for all interested stakeholders. Registration is
required.
The recent 2023 Pan-American Standards Commission (COPANT) General Assembly in Barbados engaged participants from across the Americas in conversations on climate change, best practices, digital transformation, and innovation.
Reply by May 31: ANSI encourages all members who have
a local presence in China to respond to a State Administration for Market
Regulation (SAMR) survey about their participation in Chinese standardization
activities. Members who do not have investments in China but who would like to
submit feedback may contact the ANSI China team.
A draft of the Standardization Roadmap for Additive
Manufacturing (Version 3.0) is open for public review and comment by May 31.
The roadmap identifies key issues, notes relevant published and in-development
standards, and offers recommendations to address gaps in standards and
specifications for additive manufacturing.
The new deadline is June 23: Nominate an outstanding emerging professional in the field of electrotechnical standardization and/or conformity assessment. The selected nominees will attend the 2023 IEC Young Professionals Workshop in Cairo, Egypt, where they will learn about the IEC, standardization strategies, and conformity assessment.
