The Composite Panel Association (CPA), a member and accredited standards developer of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), has announced several changes to their team, including the promotion of two senior staff members.
Jeannie Ervin is CPA's new chief operating officer. She oversees business operations, including finance and human resources, in addition to membership recruitment and retention, industry performance reporting, and support of the activities of the Board and Executive Committee.
Previously, Ms. Ervin was CPA's vice president of marketing and administration, a role she has held since 2004. She joined the organization in 2002 as director of member services.
Allyson O'Sullivan has been appointed vice president, marketing and meetings of CPA. In this role, she manages all aspects of CPA's Annual Meetings program. She also continues to manage CPA's marketing and communications activities as part of the Marketing Committee and Decorative Surfaces Council scope of oversight.
Prior to this promotion, Ms. O'Sullivan was senior marketing director at CPA. She has been with CPA since 2004, joining the organization as director of member services and assuming increasingly senior marketing and meeting responsibilities over the past 15 years.
CPA also announced the addition of Lori Thoden to their team as a part-time data analyst responsible for managing the organization's industry shipments performance program. She has more than 20 years of experience in data analysis and financial auditing.
