The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Executive Committee (ExCo) has announced that in consideration of the worldwide pandemic and the current uncertainty to hold physical meetings with participants from all over the world, the 84th IEC General Meeting will take place online on Friday, November 13, 2020.
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) also recently announced that, with the support of the ISO President’s Committee, the measures to hold all meetings virtually will be extended to December 31, 2020.
ANSI is the U.S. member body to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and, via its U.S. National Committee, the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).

ANSI has also announced that all meetings and conferences hosted by ANSI, the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB), and Workcred will be held virtually through December 31, 2020. This includes all World Standards Week 2020 events scheduled for October 19-23, as announced previously.
