ANSI’s Mary Saunders to Speak at StandICT Webinar on the Geopolitics of ICT Standardization

Mary Saunders, ANSI senior vice president for government relations and public policy, will speak on global technology standards at an upcoming StandICT webinar: Geopolitics of ICT Standardization: Focus on the USA.

The webinar will be held on Monday, December 2, at 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. EST. Attendance is open to all interested stakeholders at no cost; registration is required. Register here.

The webinar will offer an updated overview of U.S. standardization strategies and activities in general, followed by a closer look at activities in information and communication technology (ICT). Topic of discussion will include opportunities and challenges the U.S. and its big technologies in international standardization; implications for the EU; and opportunities for further collaboration to address global challenges.
