NIST, DGN, and SCC to Hold Virtual Workshop on New Mexican Infrastructure Law

9/11/2020

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), General Directorate of Standards (DGN) of Mexico, and the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) have announced that they will hold a virtual workshop on Mexico’s new National Quality Infrastructure Law.

Presented by the director general of DGN, the workshop will give an overview of the law and provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions. It is a follow-up event to a previous workshop also organized by NIST, DGN, and the SCC, held in 2018.

The virtual workshop will take place on September 22 from 12 p.m.-2 p.m. ET. It is open to all interested parties, but registration is required. Interpretation will be provided. Visit standards.gov to view the agenda and to register. (Registration information will be available soon.) Specific questions can be directed to Erik Puskar of NIST (Puskar, Erik ([email protected]).
