CSA Group has published a white paper on the use of blockchain technologies in healthcare.
The paper discusses how blockchain technologies, which can provide interoperability, availability, and robustness, have the potential to solve challenges, inefficiencies, and limitations in healthcare. The collection, sharing, and use of patient data to improve health outcomes may benefit from blockchain technologies, allowing better management of the demands of an increasingly aging population. Through the report, CSA illuminates blockchain areas in which the development of standards can make a difference.
