NFPA Webinar Supports Planning Efforts for Fire Prevention Week

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) will host a free podcast on July 29 on ways that organizations can begin planning for Fire Prevention Week 2021.

The webinar will introduce this year’s campaign – “Learn the Sounds of Fire Safety!” – as well as the free resources available for event planners. Listeners will also get tips for creating a social media campaign to support their events and how to transition back to in person/hybrid learning. Other topics covered will include updates on smoke and CO alarm technology; proper messaging; and new ideas to reach the deaf and hard-of-hearing community.

The webinar will be held on Thursday, July 29, at 2 p.m. ET. Register on NFPA’s website.
