The North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) has published a white paper jointly with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on supply chain issues for the North American electricity industry.

“SolarWinds and Related Supply Chain Compromise” details the importance of supply chain vigilance and explains lessons learned from recent supply chain compromises. The white paper also recommends a series of specific cyber security mitigation actions that will better ensure the security of the bulk power system.
