The site advises that users choose original manufacturer batteries and components, and assure their authenticity as aftermarket and counterfeit batteries may not have the same safety features or undergo the same testing and quality controls. Batteries should be kept away from metal objects or liquids, stored and operated in appropriate temperatures advised by manufacturers, and taken out of use if they overheat or are damaged.
