The HR Certification Institute (HRCI) will host a webinar on how workplaces can support First-Generation Professionals (FGPs) for the entire employee lifecycle.
FGPs face unique challenges in the workplace that may be based on race, socioeconomic status, and more. Webinar attendees will learn about the background and definition of FGPs, and how class origin impacts workplace inclusion and employee engagement, as well as guidance on how HR professionals and other workplace leaders can support FGPs.
