The American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) will host a webinar on how leaders can influence their teams to make safe decisions.
“Safety in the Balance: How Leaders Influence Desired Safety Outcomes” offers direction on how bosses can effectively lead with safety while accomplishing the work at hand. Attendees will develop a better understanding of brain-centered hazards that influence a team’s decision-making processes, such as anxiety, stress, fatigue, and distraction. Speakers will offer practical guidance to leaders on how to fulfil the critical role of leading with safety.
