RIMS Article Covers the 2022 Cyber Landscape

4/04/2022

The Risk Management Society (RIMS) published an article in its Risk Management magazine about the top cyberrisks facing global businesses this year.

The article explains that the biggest risks for enterprises aren’t new; rather, they’re some of the same risks from years past but greater in number and severity. As ransomware, business interruption, attack vectors, and other factors are on the rise, businesses are focusing more on the assessment, reporting, and management of enterprise risk, and seeing a greater necessity for strong risk management. The year’s top cyber security concerns detailed in the article include ransomware, supply chain attacks, insecure customer data, cyber insurance rates, attacks on home offices, burnout of security professionals, voice fraud with deep fakes, and more.
