The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) will host a webinar to examine the importance of training staff on the potential dangers and possible incidents that could occur in big box warehouse-style retail stores. Presenters Brian O'Connor, technical services engineer, NFPA and Matt Klaus, director of technical services and senior principal fire protection engineer, NFPA, will cover the following topics:

• Understanding your hazards to inform your protection plan—"Know your hazard."
• Inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM)—what are your systems and hazard mitigation strategies? Do they counter the hazards identified?
• Change management—do you know how to properly manage change?
