The Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals (ASAP) is holding a webinar on executive sponsorship and the role it plays in the success or failure of partnerships.
“Success Begins at the Top: The Importance of Partner Executive Sponsorship” will include discussions on the role of the executive sponsor or alliance champion, as well as how executive sponsorship can have a significant impact on partnership success. Attendees will learn what key attributes to look for in an executive sponsor, and how alliance managers can manage the role from the bottom up.
