The HR Certification Institute (HRCI) will host a webinar to examine what it means to develop a culture that gives companies a competitive edge. Attendees will learn actionable steps for improving company culture and obtain data that can be used to advocate for an increase in culture-specific initiatives.

Knowing company culture is important is one thing; cultivating a healthy, positive work culture is another story,” according to HRCI.
Brad Sytsma, product manager of Terryberry, will lead the session on July 25 at 1:00 p.m. ET. The webinar is approved for one business recertification credit towards any of HRCI’s eight credentials, including SPHR® and PHR®.
