The Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES) will host a webinar to discuss a review paper on the status and challenges of Human-Robotic Interactions (HRI).
Dr. Thomas Sheridan, professor emeritus at the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Department of Aeronautics/Astronautics at MIT, will discuss his paper's findings and suggest further research. Justin Croyle, Amazon robotics, will talk about his work with robotics and some of the current and future needs he sees to make HRI as effective, efficient, and safe as possible.
Register for the live web event, scheduled for August 16 at 10:00 a.m. ET., via HFES.
