The Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) will host a webinar that will examine how to create the foundation for an empathetic work environment.
“An empathetic work environment values employee voices, supports a work-life balance, and creates a space where it's safe to communicate and collaborate as a team,” BHCOE reports. Attendees will learn strategies to “create a positive work environment, foster healthy communication and collaboration, and design a place that people want to be a part of.”
Nora Coyle, entrepreneur and behavior analyst, will lead the session on January 9, 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. ET. Register for the free session on BHCOE’s website.
