A new study by the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) and PwC reflects how the aerospace and defense (A&D) industry’s workforce is evolving and reveals opportunities for A&D companies, focusing on how they can reimagine employee development and skills growth.
The study, “On the Horizon: Workforce Trends in the Aerospace and Defense Industry,” is based on two surveys from a diverse set of employees, including A&D business leaders and talent executives, and data from across the U.S. workforce. Key findings reveal that:
