The upcoming meeting will include status reports from NESCC Task Groups (TGs) on welding, construction speed, electric cable, and concrete repair, as well as a review of 2012 NESCC action items, and discussion of new action items for the coming year. In addition, participants will consider possible updates to the NESCC charter, and hear reports on the use of HDPE piping systems at South Carolina's Catawba Nuclear Plant and on ASTM International's roadmap for bolstering commercial nuclear power, among other topics.
