NIBS Consolidates Existing Journals into New Periodical
ANSI member the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) has announced the launch of a new publication, the Journal of the National Institute of Building Sciences (JNIBS). The new periodical was created from the consolidation of four of NIBS' existing journals: the Journal of Building Enclosure Design (JBED), the Journal of Building Information Modeling (JBIM), the Journal of Advanced and High-Performance Materials (JMAT), and the Journal of Hazard Mitigation and Risk Assessment (JHAZ).
The establishment of a single publication covering the various topics examined in the four previously published journals is expected to allow NIBS to expand its coverage into new program areas. And unlike the periodicals it replaced, JNIBS is available to subscribers both in a print edition and a searchable online edition.
To subscribe to JNIBS for free, visit the subscription page on the NIBS website.
