The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC)'s National Institute of Standards and Technology's Standards Coordination Office is accepting applications for the 2015 Standards Services Curricula Development Cooperative Agreement Program. The program, in its third year, supports the integration of standards into undergraduate and/or graduate curricula. Applications must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on April 13, 2015.
Grant recipients will have the opportunity to collaborate with NIST to strengthen education and learning about standardization. In FY 2014, NIST awarded six grants totaling over $400,000 through the program.
Eligible recipients include accredited institutions of higher education; non-profit organizations; commercial organizations; and state, local, and Indian tribal governments located in the United States and its territories. An eligible applicant may work individually or include proposed sub-awards or contracts with others in a project application, effectively forming a team or consortium.
Complete details on the Standards Services Curricula Development Cooperative Agreement Program, including eligibility and details on the application proposal process, may be viewed on the PDF form and on the Grants.Gov site.
