The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE), a member and accredited standards developer of the American National Standards Institute, and its global arm the International Society of Broadband Experts (ISBE), has announced several promotions within its team.
Dave Edmunds has been promoted to senior director, applications development and integration. In this role, he will oversee the design, development, and implementation of organizational information systems and software applications for SCTEISBE. Previously, Mr. Edmunds was the organization's director, applications development. Prior to joining SCTEISBE in 2015, he was an enterprise architect at the American Association of Cancer Research.
Zenita Henderson was promoted to the role of senior director, marketing operations and business development. Ms. Henderson will lead marketing activities, association and media partnerships, and other initiatives that promote SCTEISBE within the industry. She worked for nearly three decades with General Instrument, Motorola, and ARRIS before joining SCTEISBE in 2016.
Kathleen Sponaugle has been made SCTEISBE's director of human resources. In this role, she will oversee HR functions including compensation, benefit administration, payroll, budgeting and forecasting, employee relations, performance management, compliance with company HR policies, legal requirements, and government regulations. Ms. Sponaugle has worked for SCTEISBE for a decade, most recently as HR generalist and accountant.
