ISO Research Grant – Submit Proposals by May 31, 2021

As the U.S. member body to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), ANSI wishes to inform its stakeholders that ISO has opened a call for research proposals on the theme “International Standards Supporting the Sustainable Development Goals.” The ISO research grant will be awarded to a post-graduate student (or students) to conduct a research study related to the theme.

In establishing the grant, ISO aims to:

• Promote research that will result in new knowledge about the impacts of international standards
• Motivate students and raise the profile of standardization as an attractive research topic
• Foster links with higher education institutions and promote education about standardization

The deadline to submit research proposals is May 31, 2021. Additional information on the grant and how to apply is available at iso.org/research-and-education.
