The EIFS Industry Members Association (EIMA), a member and accredited standards developer of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), has announced that Stephen T. Sears is its new executive director and CEO.
Sears brings with him extensive experience in the marketing and communications industries. Previously, he was the chief operating officer and head of marketing and communications at the Brick Industry Association (BIA), where he guided marketing efforts and provided oversight for BIA’s advocacy efforts. He also provided client support and strategic leadership while working at Ogilvy and Mather, and held several appointed positions in the administration of President George H.W. Bush.
"The membership of EIMA is looking forward to Stephen taking the EIFS industry and EIMA up to the next level,” said Steve Smithwick, president of EIMA.
