About the IEC GM 2022
More than 1,500 delegates and electrotechnology standardization experts from around the world are expected to attend the event, which is being hosted in the U.S. for the seventh time since 1904. Among other goals, the U.S. is hosting the GM to help the U.S. electrotechnical industry compete in the global marketplace through participation and use of an open, balanced, and transparent standards development process. The event is intended to help boost awareness of ISO and IEC within U.S. government and industry.
