UL Solutions has appointed John Genovesi as executive vice president and president of the company’s Enterprise and Advisory business.
Prior to joining UL Solutions, Genovesi was with Adapdix, where he served as chief operating officer for the start-up that focused on developing edge computing, AI, and machine learning for autonomous manufacturing. Previously, he was with Rockwell Automation, most recently as senior vice president, Enterprise Accounts and Software. He also served as vice president, global accounts, and held other roles in Rockwell’s sales and marketing organization.

NSF has named Sean Etheridge as its new chief legal officer.
Etheridge comes to NSF from Stryker Corporation, where he has worked since 2014. Most recently, he was Stryker’s vice president and corporate secretary, a role he assumed in 2020. Previously, Etheridge was a partner at Michigan-based Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP, a senior associate at Shefsky & Froelich Ltd. in Chicago, IL, and an associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Diego, CA.
