The Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM) has announced the promotion of Natalie Cheung to director, membership, marketing and events.
Cheung’s new role reflects her expanded position leading member services and overseeing core AHAM events, including AHAM’s annual member meeting, Tech Week, and Council Days. She has worked at AHAM for more than six years and has a decade of association experience.
Previously, Cheung was AHAM’s membership and marketing manager. For that role, she helped to identify and recruit prospective companies for corporate membership; led sales in industry data, sponsorships, and event exhibitor opportunities; and developed and implemented member engagement strategies—among other responsibilities.
Since 2012, Cheung has been a part-time professional lecturer of fine arts photography of the studio arts program at The George Washington University.
UL Solutions Renewables has announced that Eric Chellen has joined the renewable energy team, as part of its Grid Solutions group as a sales executive for its wind and solar forecasting and advisory services.
Chellen brings experience in enterprise software sales from ABB/Hitachi Energy, including asset performance management, enterprise asset management, energy planning and trading, and advisory services.
Prior to his new role, he sold software to enable grid-connected smart buildings with energy management and sustainability, asset monitoring, remote diagnostics, and electric vehicle planning control.
