The Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E) is conducting a job analysis survey for credentialing professionals, seeking to identify tasks and knowledge reflective of this role.

Results of the “Credentialing Professional Job Analysis Survey” will help develop specifications for I.C.E.’s certification program for credentialing professionals. The survey will take 15-30 minutes to complete, and individual responses will be kept confidential and combined with those of other respondents. Aggregated results will be published in a summary report.
