The infographic outlines the reasons why people may struggle to purchase a home, from supply chain challenges to increased purchases by institutional investors and rising interest rates. Tips to overcome these challenges include addressing credit problems prior to seeking a loan, offering a larger down payment, and getting pre-approved for a loan before beginning the house-bidding process.
