The International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) has released a new podcast episode on using adult learning theories to design programs for adult learners.
“Putting Adult Learning Theory into Practice” covers the importance of linking adult learning theories in practice with designing for and teaching adult learners. Listeners will learn what makes someone a subject matter expert (SME), as well as some of the biggest mistakes instructional designers make when working with SMEs.
