The American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA), together with Tektronix, will host a webinar that will detail common industry terms and definitions used between customers and calibration providers during contract reviews.

Jennifer Fleenor, Tektronix’s services quality manager, and Stephanie Morin, A2LA’s Calibration accreditation manager, will lead the session. Attendees will:

• Examine why it is important for all parties (calibration providers and customers) to speak the same language regarding services
• Analyze common areas of miscommunication
• Discuss ways communication barriers can be dissolved with both calibration provider and customer cooperation
