Inspired by the Security Management Magazine article, “How to Coach Employees—and Yourself—on Critical Thinking,” by Claire Meyer, guest expert Scott Wolford, security director at Nationwide Insurance and certified executive coach, provides insights on what individuals need to know as a senior security executive.
