The Project Management Institute (PMI) has announced the launch of The Shift Code, a podcast that explores the vital role of project success in facilitating organizational and digital transformation. Listeners will gain valuable insights into leadership lessons and how to consistently achieve successful project outcomes.

Hosted by PMI president and CEO Pierre Le Manh, the first season features candid conversations with C-suite-level executives from aerospace, technology, agriculture, and other industries. Other episodes will focus on digital innovation, sustainable urban farming solutions, how project management is transforming logistics internationally, and more.
