The proposed standard specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization demonstrates its ability to meet education requirements and applicable regulatory requirements. The aim is to enhance satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement and assurance of conformity to education and applicable regulatory requirements, and to enable an organization to know the degree to which it fulfills its requirements, controls its resources, and stabilizes its processes.

Feedback received by the April 16 deadline will be reviewed and compiled for the recommended ANSI position and comments, which will then be presented to the ANSI ISO Council (AIC) for formal approval.
