2025 ANSI Innovation Summit: Where Standards Power Progress

Call for Exhibitor Proposals: Demonstrate How Standards Power Progress at ANSI Innovation Summit

7/30/2025

Submit proposals by August 29

ANSI is seeking dynamic presenters to come and showcase their real-world examples of how standards have enabled innovation and transformation during Standards Power Progress, an in-person, interactive exhibition at the inaugural ANSI Innovation Summit on October 21, 2025, in Rockville, MD.

Selected presenters from various sectors will be part of a curated experience demonstrating how standardization drives innovation and positive, transformative change—using compelling narratives and visuals to create brief and engaging experiences that move beyond traditional presentations. The interactive format will feature presenters sharing their breakthrough stories with rotating audience groups every ten minutes throughout the 1.5-hour session. Conversations and connections will continue during the networking reception that follows.

“Standards serve as catalysts for transformation across every sector, from breakthrough technologies and rapid public health responses to safety innovations that improve our daily lives—but their impact is often invisible,” said Dr. Laurie E. Locascio, ANSI president and CEO. “This is an exciting opportunity to influence how people understand standards and innovation by revealing the powerful stories behind progress that touches every aspect of society.”

Who Should Apply

Through August 29, ANSI welcomes proposals from standards developing organizations and industry consortia, companies and startups, research institutions and universities, and government agencies.

  • Current frontiers where standards are enabling new categories of innovation across sectors
  • Breakthrough moments where standards collaboration led to market transformations or societal impact
  • Rapid response examples where standards activities moved quickly to address urgent issues, emergencies, or emerging challenges
