The HR Certification Institute (HRCI) will host a webinar that will explore how HR and business leaders can run clear, respectful, transparent pay discussions that boost engagement and equity. The session will offer a simple framework for how to address common hurdles such as conflict avoidance, strong emotions, power dynamics, skill gaps, and cultural differences.
Speakers will include Kristen Russum, director, Org Development TriNet; Lynne Vu, lead org development consultant, TriNet; and Megan Hayes, director, corporate sponsorships, HRCI. They will share insights on how to prepare for pay discussions with clarity and empathy, navigate tough moments, factor in cultural context, and use transparency to strengthen trust.
